2. Accounts

  • You may use StoryEst as a guest or by creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree not to share your account or impersonate another person.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service’s functionality.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to access the source code of StoryEst.
  • Upload or share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content.

StoryEst may allow integration with services such as Atlassian Jira. By enabling integrations, you authorize us to access and process the necessary data to provide functionality. You are solely responsible for complying with third-party terms (e.g., Atlassian’s policies).

All rights, title, and interest in StoryEst (including software, design, trademarks, and content) remain the property of StoryEst or its licensors. You may use the Service only as permitted under these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm to us or others.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoryEst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
