  • Jira/Atlassian Data: When integrated, we may access issue titles, descriptions, and project metadata necessary for estimation. We do not access or store unrelated Jira data.
  • Authentication Providers: Basic profile details (e.g., name, email) if you log in using Google, Atlassian, or other OAuth providers.

c. Automatically Collected Information

  • Device type, browser type, IP address, and usage activity (e.g., login times, session duration).
  • Cookies and similar technologies to enhance functionality and remember preferences.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

  • Provide and improve the Service.
  • Enable real-time collaboration and estimation features.
  • Support Jira integration and update story points.
  • Authenticate users and maintain account security.
  • Communicate important updates and respond to inquiries.

  • Account data is retained as long as your account is active.
  • Room participation data (votes, session logs) may be stored temporarily to enable reporting and collaboration features.
  • Jira integration preferences are stored only for your convenience and can be deleted anytime.
  • You may request account deletion, after which we will remove your data within a reasonable timeframe (usually 30 days).

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and secure storage of authentication tokens. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
